On International Women’s Day, I celebrate the women who have changed my life for the better!

Many of you are included in my circle of women I know, love and trust! 💕

Special shout-out goes to Cathy & Rebecca, my colleagues at Wellness Within Integrated Health Clinic. Cathy created a beautiful work space and with her mentorship and guidance, we gained the confidence to pursue our small business goals at her clinic! Rebecca is a woman that inspires me to be who I am, to feel how I feel, free of judgement, and there is nothing more enjoyable than a friend who you can be your weird, authentic self with every day! We have grown to laugh and cry with each other, and I look forward to each day that I get to work with both of these ladies!

Client base is growing steady so availability is becoming slim pickins! 🤠 Thank you to everyone who continues to support my small business in any way!

Next week I have 1-2 availabilities:
THURSDAY, MARCH 14
10:30AM-11:30AM
12PM-1PM
2 60 minute or 1 90-120 minute available

The following week I have 2-3 availabilities:
TUESDAY, MARCH 19
10:45AM-2:00PM
60-120 minutes available

THURSDAY, MARCH 21
9:30AM-10:30AM
60 minutes available

The last week in March I have various availability left for Monday, Tuesday & Thursday between 9AM-2:30PM. Wednesday and Friday are fully scheduled.

For the week of Easter break (April 1-7), I have decreased my hours significantly and am fully booked in advance. Lots of availability beginning April 8th into May/beginning of June to schedule yourself in advance online to snag your preferred dates & times! I do have a waitlist/cancellation option as well that has come in handy for clients needing in last minute.

My hours are Monday to Friday 9AM-230PM with the exception of most school holidays as I have 2 elementary-aged children at home.

All availability is first come, first serve and can be booked online, or through email at kbyersrmt@gmail.com.

Take good care and always a reminder to use up your provided insurance coverage the way it is intended; to take care of your health year-round! April is our 4th month in the calendar year so next month could be a good time to benefit!
