✨ Meet Our New Instructor, Saje! ✨

Meet Saje, our newest yoga instructor. Saje has this beautiful way of teaching that’s slow, strong, and so grounding – the kind of class that leaves you feeling calm, centered, and just a little bit taller.

She’s not only passionate about helping people connect with their breath and body, but she’s also a mom to a spirited little girl who keeps her playful and present (we love that energy!).

You can come meet Saje in person this Monday at 7:15 PM for our Slow Flow class. Let’s show her a big warm welcome in the comments and let her know you’re excited to flow with her. 🌿

We have a few updates to our class times this week as I take my kids to their swimming lessons:

✨ Monday:
6:00 PM – Prenatal Yoga
7:15 PM – Slow Flow with our new instructor, Saje!

✨ Tuesday:
9:00 AM – Gentle Yoga (note the earlier start!)

✨ Wednesday:
7:00 PM – Vinyasa Flow

✨ Thursday:
12:10 PM – Lunch Flow

No Friday class this week.

As the summer heat rises, so does the temperature in our yoga studio! 🔥

What does that mean for classes? Our Morning and Lunch Flow classes are starting to feel like a mini hot yoga experience (without the heaters!). Embrace the extra warmth to deepen your practice, boost circulation, and sweat out what you no longer need.

💧So be sure to stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water before and after class, and don’t forget to bring a water bottle with you to stay cool and supported throughout your practice.
