This summer we are excited to bring a monthly Chair Yoga series to the library and out into the community.
After so many great conversations and feedback at the Wellness & Healing Expo, one thing became very clear — people are looking for movement that feels approachable, supportive, and accessible for every stage of life.
These classes are designed to show just how versatile yoga can be. No need to touch your toes or get up and down from the floor. We will focus on gentle stretches, mindful movement, and simple exercises to help improve mobility, balance, flexibility, and ease in daily life.
Chair Yoga is a wonderful option for older adults, beginners, those returning to movement after injury or illness, or anyone wanting a gentler practice while still experiencing the benefits of yoga.
Our goal is simple: help keep the body moving with a little more comfort and ease at any age. We can’t wait to share these classes with the community this summer.
