At The Cobblestone, a multi-level care home located in Moosomin, SK we're seeking a dedicated Casual Relief Nurse to help maintain the health and well-being of our residents. This role requires a flexible, compassionate individual ready to step in on weekends, support our team, and deliver exceptional care. On-call pay is offered!

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain resident health, following tailored care plans.
- Assist with medication management.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and advocate for resident needs.
- Communicate effectively with resident families about care updates.
- Provide On-Call Support to Ensure 24/7 Care

We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a valid RN or LPN license.
- Has experience in geriatric nursing or long-term care.
- Possesses strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Is quick to adapt and can handle various healthcare challenges.

Requirements:
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- A clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
