Winter storm appointment changes :
Due to the significant winter storm and roads being closed the team at Moosomin Family Practice has decided to offer everyone telephone/ Virtual appointments today .
Please note: there also will be no clinics in Maryfield, Rocanville ,Whitewood today. All those appointments will be telephonic or virtual as well.
You do not need to do anything if you have an appointment today at any of our clinics, you will be contacted by your provider via telephone telephone or we will call you to offer you a different in-person appointment date .
We are very pleased to be able to offer the service to keep you safe and off the roads today .
