If any of you fellow momma's-to-be are looking for a good prenatal power flow video, I enjoyed this one tonight by Lauren Eckstrom. Previous yoga experience is necessary - I wouldn't recommend this particular video to a beginner.

Hi everyone. Even though class sizes are small and the risk of contracting COVID-19 is low in these classes, I have made the decision to cancel the last 2 weeks of yoga classes. If you paid ahead, I will be issuing refunds later today. If you do not receive it or the amount doesn’t seem correct, please let me know. If you need some ideas on how to get your yoga fix or other workouts, Down Dog is making their apps Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout free until April 1st. I am sure there are other apps out there - if you know of any good ones, please comment below!

Just a little reminder that yoga starts tomorrow! If you missed it, I will be holding classes out of CDI Injury Recovery Centre on Tuesdays from February 11 until March 24. There will be NO CLASSES on March 3. It's not too late to register and never too late to join for a drop-in!
Times will be as follows:
Adult (all-levels slow flow with a mix of yin and power) 7pm
Prenatal 8pm
*I have decided to cancel pr***en / teen classes this time around due to lack of interest but would certainly consider them again in the future!*
All classes will be 45-50 minutes long. Please arrive ~5-10 minutes early. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Blocks and straps are provided. Bolsters or a small pillow are recommended in the prenatal class, but not mandatory.
Classes are $50 for all 6 weeks or $45 for 5 weeks if you pre-register. Drop-ins are welcome at $10/class but as space is limited, I appreciate if you let me know beforehand. I accept cash or e-transfer to knb477@mail.usask.ca

Today is Slow Flow, which means it’s the perfect time to come out if you’ve been wanting to try yoga or if you have already been practicing and want to learn more! Tomorrow is Vinyasa Flow, in which we string together postures and link movement with breath. This class is faster-paced, so I do recommend a (very) basic knowledge of some yoga poses so that you can more easily follow along.

Reminder - deep stretch yoga is tonight @ 8pm. In this yin yoga-inspired class, I will guide you through a series of asanas (poses) that will be held for up to a few minutes at a time, allowing your connective tissues to stretch and your mind to work on becoming more still.

Need to strengthen, stretch, and de-stress? Slow flow yoga starts tomorrow @ 7pm! This class is intended for yogis of all abilities, including those who have never been to a yoga class before. Modifications and props (blocks and straps) will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and water and arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the waiver. I hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas and is looking forward to what the New Year has to offer! Please see the calendar attached for January scheduling. All classes will be held at the Baptist Church gym in Moosomin located at 1117 Main Street. Mondays will be a slow flow class suitable for all levels and abilities and Tuesdays will be on an alternating schedule as I couldn't settle on just one style! At this point, Mondays will go for 7 weeks (until February 18th) and Tuesdays will go for 6 weeks (until February 12th). Classes are by drop-in at $12/class. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first class to sign my waiver and bring a yoga mat and water. Comment below or message me with any questions
