We’re thrilled to launch our new campaign with a simple but powerful message: Pride belongs in the Pembina Valley.
For many years, q***r folks here felt like they had to leave to live as their authentic selves. While that’s still true for some, things are changing.
Rural q***r people have always been here, but we (and our allies) haven’t always been visible. This campaign is about changing that, and making the support that exists impossible to miss.
We’re starting with a presale of t-shirts, crewnecks and yard signs, available for local pickup only (Morden, Winkler, Manitou, Altona, and Carman) the last week of May, with the option to pick up orders at Pride on June 13 in Winkler.
Order by May 2 to guarantee yours.
Yard signs are available with flexible pricing options, allowing people to choose what works for them or help cover the cost of someone else’s sign.
Once the presale closes, t-shirts and crewnecks will be available online for shipping, along with community-specific designs. You’ll also find a limited selection of merch at Pride on June 13 in Winkler.
Every purchase supports Pembina Valley Pride programming and helps create a visible reminder that 2SLGBTQIA+ people belong here.
