“What actually happens in a session?”

Great question—and one I get often from first-time clients who are curious but unsure.

Here’s what to expect in a 60-minute intuitive energy session with me:

🌿 You arrive (in person or online) and take a few grounding breaths. You don’t need to talk through your life story—just come as you are.

🌿 We’ll chat briefly about how you’re feeling, then you’ll lie back fully clothed on a comfortable table or resting place.

🌿 I’ll begin using a blend of Reiki, crystal healing, Therapeutic Touch, and intuitive guidance to work with your energy.

🌿 You may feel warmth, tingling, emotion, or deep stillness. Every session is unique.

🌿 At the end, we take a few minutes to check in. You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded—like yourself again.

You don’t need to explain everything.

You don’t need to “understand” how it works.

Your energy already knows what to do.

Have you ever felt a longing for a deeper connection with someone, but it seems like they can’t meet you where you are? As if the conversations, the relationship, or the energy stops at a level that doesn’t reflect your own inner world?🌟

That’s because we all see, understand, and meet others through the lens of our own inner landscape. A person who hasn’t explored their own depths—their wounds, traumas, experiences, shadows, values, and personal truth—will struggle to meet you in the deepest places within you.✨

💜 Sometimes we want others to understand us on a level they haven’t yet explored, worked through, or healed within themselves.
💜 Sometimes we long for vulnerability, intimacy, and depth—but the other person may not be ready for that.
💜 Sometimes we crave deep conversations, where we can safely share our thoughts, perspectives, and experiences with an open heart.
💜 And sometimes, we must accept that not everyone can meet us where we are… and that’s okay too.

It doesn’t mean they don’t care. It simply means they can love, understand, and meet you only at the level they have loved, understood, and met themselves.🌟

So what can you do?
✨ Meet yourself more deeply— the more you explore, understand, accept, and honor yourself, the easier it becomes to attract those who can meet you at the same level.
✨ Release the need to be understood by everyone—sometimes, we must be the light that leads the way, without expecting everyone to follow.
✨ Have compassion—we are all on our own journey, and depth comes with time, experience, and a willingness to go inward.
✨ Remember that not everyone is meant to walk the same path, for the journey must be traveled, felt, and experienced individually.

When we meet ourselves with openness and love, we create space for the right people to meet us in the same way. 💜✨
