Life is so much easier when we ASK and Trust

Reiki- Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. From the time I was young, I knew those butterflies in my stomach meant something was happening. It wasn't till later and I become aware of those tingling feelings that they actually had some kind of meaning.

As a teenager, I knew when I did something I shouldn't have I would get caught and sure enough I did. Or when I was 19 and my cousin was taken off life support, I looked at my friend and said she was gone. Move forward a number of years and I decided to go on my personal journey of wellness. I started with learning how to do reiki and how I felt the healing energy, the colors and pictures. Each time I had reiki done as a healing method and how the energy made me feel. I knew at the point I had to learn more about reiki and the healing power.

I had just finished going back to school and graduating with highest honours in fitness and nutrition and honours for my personal fitness trainers course. Then in a time of depression and anxiety and went to a Health and Wellness tradeshow. At the show I stopped by a booth and I entered a draw. If only if I knew that winning that draw would profoundly change my life.

I had won a course on how to use my gift and how the my angels relay messages from your angels to pass messages from mine to you. I was able to read cards, feel energies and pass on empowering and healing messages to people like you.

Now a Certified Angel Practitioner who's mentor was taught by the Angel Guru Doreen Virtue. I am looking forward to the fall when I will be taking my Advance Angel Empowerment Practitioner. I am looking forward to teaching, empowering and healing people through my angel messages and reiki healing techniques.
