Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be helpful.
A short walk, a stretch between tasks, or a few minutes of gentle movement all count.
Lately, our team has been making the most of winter by getting outside — walking our dogs, skating, and enjoying a bit of fresh air whenever we can. It’s a great reminder that movement doesn’t need to look a certain way to be beneficial.

Moving a little more throughout your day can help reduce stiffness, support your joints, and keep your body feeling better overall. Start where you are and do what feels good — it all adds up.

Today we’re bringing everything together with a gentle full-body flow — nothing rushed, nothing intense, just smooth, easy movement.

This one’s great for waking up in the morning or loosening up after a long day. Move at your own pace, focus on how your body feels, and let each movement flow into the next.

It doesn’t need to be perfect to be helpful. A few minutes of moving the whole body can help you feel more relaxed, mobile, and ready for whatever the day brings.
