We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Class 1 driver or owner operator to join our grain hauling team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of grain. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to safety.
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 driver's license
* Experience with grain hauling is a plus

The Morrin Playschool has ‘kicked off’ their Cookie Dough fundraiser. This fundraiser will require some effort, but it is very easy. The monies raised will be put towards the Playschool Program. As always - If you don't want cookies, but want to donate towards the program - you can purchase cookies on behalf of the program and donate your boxes to the Hot Lunch Program or gift them to whoever you like!

Selling cookies this year as their main fundraiser will be very convenient as the cookies come frozen and pre-portioned. The cookies can go right from the freezer to the oven – no thawing, scooping or clean up. Puff Wheat & Rice Squares are ready to eat and individually plastic wrapped. Perfect for school or work lunches!!

There are 36 pre-portioned cookies in a box:
Classic Gourmet Pre-Formed Cookies (5 Flavours): $25.00 per box
Premium Gourmet Cookies (4 Flavours): $27.00 per box
Puff Wheat & Rice Crispy Squares: $29 per box

Delivery date it is planned for late April before EASTER!
We have a form at the Sharpe's Trucking Office in Morrin to accept orders from the community. If you know a student in the school, please place your order through them - Some will be competing for a draw and the top two sellers in the school will receive great prizes!

1.) Cheque: Cheques are to be made out to Morrin ECS
2.) Cash: The exact amount of money/cash required for each order is also accepted. The school cannot provide change.
3.) E-transfer to: mor.ecs@plrd.ab.ca

All orders and PAYMENT to be in by March 31st.

The Morrin Pre-K program is doing a frozen cookie fundraiser! The money raised will ensure the tuition for all families can remain within the grasp of anyone who can benefit from the program, as well to provide appropriate compensation to those whos are putting their time in to invest in the future of our school.

Want to support a great organization? It's a simple as purchasing some raffle tickets! You might not know, but we have an employee currently training a Dutch Shepherd to become a Human Remains Detection dog with SARDAA for the past year!

The Search and Rescue Dog Association of Alberta (SARDAA) is a professional volunteer, non-profit group of handlers, dogs, and field techs who serve the community in times of emergency or disaster. We are united in our commitment and dedicated to serving our community and assisting in finding the lostperson.

SARDAA is the province’s original SAR Dog organization, consistently training and deploying teams primarily in cooperation with the Edmonton Police Service and serving other agencies when requested.Any such official agency, such as police, fire or other rescue teams can call on SARDAA for assistance in wilderness, water, disaster, or human remains detection (HRD) searches.
