NEW!! 📣

We got some fancy new plyometirc boxes to added to you our collection!

These can be used for explosive exercises like jumps and step ups, or they can be used in a more controlled setting to help with knee stability!

Our continued hope is to provide our members with a variety of tools to meet everyone’s fitness goals! 🏋️‍♂️🤸💪🏻
