I wish more people understood THIS…..
Cleansing and detoxing are not the same thing. Those terms get used interchangeably all the time, and it’s sad bc then ppl get frustrated and wonder why they aren’t feeling better energy wise.
🌿Cleansing helps to rid your gut of bad bacteria, parasites, yeast, candida. It rebalances your gut and helps you improve your digestion and you most definitely will feel better cleansing, but it’s not deep enough to fully improve your energy and feel better.
So many people stop there bc they don’t know what else to do to take it further!
🌿Then comes detoxing!!! This is where you focus on pulling toxins out of your gut AND ALSO your entire body. This can consist of things like castor oil packs, dry brushing, beet juice, green juices. These all support your detox organs so your body can flush out toxins. Again, these are great and definitely needed, BUT that still isn’t enough to fully get results.
🧬In comes CELLULAR detox. This triggers your body to start pulling toxins out of your body at a cellular level. This is where the real magic happens!
You see you need to do at home detox strategies to support your detox systems AT THE SAME TIME you add in a cellular detox. When you pull out the toxins from the cells, and the body is getting help flushing them out, you get ahead of the game!
Adding in a yearly cleanse to keep your gut healthy is needed to!
Your car needs oil changes and air filter changes. So does your body!! Most people just think they can do a short cleanse for 7 days and be good. It’s not enough if you really want optimal energy, weight, and stamina.
