We visited Middlesex Spine & Sport Clinic in Mount Brydges to meet Dr. Hurley, learn about their approach to wellness, and get a few tips for anyone spending a little too much time at a desk (guilty!).
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or just looking to move and feel better day-to-day, their team is here to help — and if you’re lucky, you might even get a warm welcome from their clinic dog, Guinness. 🐾

We’re excited to kick off our annual Christmas Tree Fundraiser in support of our amazing 1st Mount Brydges Scouts!

Come pick out a beautiful white pine, white spruce, or balsam fir and take home the perfect tree for the holidays. Each tree is $75, with $50 from every sale going directly to our Scouts to support adventures, camps, and activities throughout the year. 🌲✨
