Hi everyone 🙋🏼‍♀️

It’s been a little while, and with so many new faces here (yay — we just passed 2K followers! 🎉), I wanted to reintroduce myself and our studio — especially for those who may not know we’re right here in Mount Brydges!

I’m Cassondra, owner of Pilates MVMT, your locally owned STOTT PILATES® studio.

I can’t believe our little boutique studio has already been open for 8 months! 💛 Though this location is new, I’ve been teaching Pilates for nearly a decade — from clinical settings to group classes — and I’m so passionate about bringing true, technique-based Pilates to our local community.

At Pilates MVMT, we offer small group Reformer and Mat classes, plus Private Sessions — all focused on building strength, mobility, posture, and core stability in a supportive, personalized setting.

Together with our incredible team of Certified Instructors, we help clients of all levels move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.

✨ Pilates is so much more than a workout — it’s a complete movement system. It builds strength and control, relieves stress, prevents injury, and helps you move through daily life with greater ease. It truly is for every body.

Outside of the studio, you’ll usually find me with my boys — my husband (who’s been joining me on adventures since I was 16 🫶🏼), our sweet 5-year-old son, and our new puppy & studio mascot, Buck 🐶.

Over these past 8 months, we’ve met so many incredible people who have become part of our growing community — and if you’ve been thinking about starting Pilates, we’d love for you to be part of it too. 💫
