Today I’m sitting in a beautiful wave of gratitude.💜

Thank you for the birthday wishes,yesterday, the kind words, the messages, and the love. All of the magical moments I was gifted.I feel them all, and I’m truly grateful.

I’m grateful for every person I’ve encountered in this life.
Every soul crossing.
Every smile.
Every lesson.
Every unexpected detour.
Every moment that has reminded me life is both fragile and breathtaking.

I love life. I love the wonder of it. I love that magic still lives in ordinary days if we are willing to notice it. A slant of sunlight across the floor. A perfect song lyric at exactly the right moment. A stranger’s kindness.The warm squeeze of a hug. An unexpected smile. A laugh that arrives right on time. All of the million little ways that make my heart smile each and every day. 💜✨

I choose to speak love, light, and positivity because that is the language my soul feels most at home in. Not out of denial, or naïveté. Out of devotion.

And this year feels like a turning point. A powerful one.

I can feel myself stepping more fully into who I am. Into my strength. Into my light. Into a version of me that is no longer asking permission to shine.
And truly, that may be the greatest birthday gift of all.

Also, for the record, I plan to move through the years like sunlight on water… radiant, timeless, and with just the right amount of sassiness ✨

Thank you for the love, for the wishes, and for being here.

Turns out the magic was never behind me… it’s been within me all along, and it continues to unfold going forward ✨

Sharing this to keep everyone I know and love safe.

If ever you are in a situation that you need help to get out of use this sign - whether in a car, or walking down the street - it is a subtle movement that isn't likely to be detected by the person you are with.

Just had an incident when I saw this, from the back window of the car in front of us, we followed, noted the license plate number and had 911 dilled, thankfully it just turned out to be a young one who didn't realize what she was doing.

Our Story

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) I inspire healthier living in others. I help people to become healthier by working with them to create achievable dietary and lifestyle goals - guiding them to establish sustainable habits, and permanent lifestyle changes, one baby step at a time. They say the journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. That single step for me happened over a decade and a half ago when I had been on cholesterol-lowering medication for a couple of years; following in the footsteps of my mother, sister, and other family members. Thinking, as they all did, that it ’ran in the family’, and that I was sentenced to a life of taking medication.

Through a slight adjustment in MY diet, and dropping about 20 pounds, I was able to be taken off the medication. It was at that moment that I realized just how much impact making the right food choices had on my overall health!

I became very interested in how diet affects health and began listening to my body, pinpointing which foods did not agree with me.
