We get asked all the time if kids can do the Ionic Foot Bath Detox as well - the answer is, of course, yes!

Their little bodies are exposed to so much all the time too.

The biggest struggle is getting them to sit still long enough. But, even lasting 10-15 minutes is a great start for a little one! The more they do it, the more they will want to keep doing it.

Their bodies notice the difference it makes and they usually start asking for it all on their own. 🤍

🌻 I’m an athlete, artist, and animal lover
🌻I’ve always picked up on things really quickly, especially if it has anything to do with moving my body and using my hands
🌻 I have the travel bug since going to school over seas ✈️
🌻 I like to take the approach of movement is medicine 🚶‍♀️
🌻 If you know me already, you know I like to talk lol 😂

I really do enjoy what I do! I love knowing that I get to go to work and help my clients whether it’s for relaxation, or for managing pain and discomfort. I’m always trying to learn new ways of treating and new techniques I can use in my treatments not only to benefit my clients but also to maintain my body for a long lasting career in the field as an RMT. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all the health care professionals at Renew Life since I started, they all have something special to offer and are passionate about taking a holistic approach to heath and overall wellness!

I’m fortunate enough to have had such a great first year of treating and I’m looking forward to many more to come 😄

I am so passionate about Renew Life Therapies and what our practitioners offer to our community. Building a team of like-minded professionals in the holistic healthcare field has been a dream job. I love coming across practitioners that truly love and care about what they do and what they offer to their clients.

Most people think that detox means doing more. Using stronger cleanses, longer protocols and pushing ourselves more than you need to.

What people don’t always think about is that we already have a built in detox system in place. The problem isn’t that it doesn’t exist, it’s that it’s too overloaded to work efficiently.

Chronic stress and toxins overwhelm and bog down our detox pathways.

Addison is a Spa Massage Practitioner and has been providing Spa/ Relaxation massages here at Renew Life Therapies. However, she’s been working on her RMT education and has just wrapped up her schooling.

As she waits for her board exam and registration to be completed she is still offering her treatments at a discounted rate. This won’t last forever!
