Our number one goal is to make our client feel better. 🤍

This can happen in so many different ways. Obviously, having sore and achy muscles worked on, rehabilitating an injury, helping to decrease a headache, etc. But is can also be in the more subtle ways, just having a listening ear for an hour, having peace and quiet for an hour, having someone ask how you are doing and care about your current state rather than you always taking care of everyone else. Having the encouragement from someone to keep striving for your healthcare goals.

At the end of the treatment, our goal is for everyone to leave feeling a little better than when they came in. Mentally, physically, emotionally. We care so much about our clients. It’s truly an honour to be able to make people feel better 🤍

Starting Feb 17th Addison is adding new hours to her availability!

Tuesdays 8am-2pm
Thursdays 2pm-8pm
Fridays 2pm-7pm
Saturdays 12pm-7pm

Addison is our Spa Massage Practitioner, she is not an RMT yet (soon!) so her treatments are currently unable to be put through benefits/ insurance.

Her rates are as follows:
30min $65
45min $80
60min $95
75min $110
90min $125

We offer Ionic Foot Bath Detox sessions every second Friday of the month OR by appointment!
