In Person & Virtual Reiki Infused Meditation

These guided meditations are infused with the energy of Reiki throughout the entire duration. Helping you to activate your bodies natural ability to receive energy healing.

We will journey together through practicing awareness in our physical and energetic bodies so that we can better identify areas that may require healing.

Reiki infused mediation allows our energy to rebalance and for our chakra system to receive the flow of energy that will help ease it back into realignment.

This class is an invitation to move forward in your self healing journey, bring more balance into both your personal energy and routine, and build/foster your mind, body and soul connection.
