Hey have you been sitting on the fence or waiting to start Yoga? Waiting until you’re flexible enough, stronger, you’ve lost weight? Or maybe the weather has been keeping you indoors?? For the next 4 Mondays Feb. 23, March 2,9 & 16th. Monday’s class will be in class at Renew Life Therapies 8:30. We are going to practice gentle yoga, breathe deep and take time to relax. Feeling rushed, scattered, or overstimulated?
Start with your breath. One of the simplest ways to calm your nervous system is Equal Ratio Breathing (also called Sama Vritti).

When your inhale and exhale are the same length, your body receives a powerful message:
✨ You are safe.
✨ You can soften.
✨ You don’t need to rush.

Try this now:
Inhale for 4
Exhale for 4
Repeat for 1–3 minutes.

No forcing. No fixing. Just balance.

This is one of my go-to practices inside the Pause Method — a gentle way to move from stress into ease, one breath at a time.
