🔥 The FireFit Championships are Back! 🔥

Watch as firefighters from across the province (and beyond!) go head-to-head in high-intensity challenges that mirror real-life firefighting at FireFit 2025 - Conception Bay South, NL — from stair climbs and hose drags to full-out victim rescues.

🕥 10:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily
📍 Robert French Memorial Stadium

KIDS’ ZONE – Saturday only, 12:30–3:30 p.m.
Includes a mini firefighter course, bouncy castle & more!

💛 While admission is free, we encourage non-perishable food donations for the CBS/Paradise Community Food Bank.

Congrats 🥳

We wanted to take a minute to send a shout out to our very own Sean Lawlor and Emily Spracklin who attended FireFit in Montreal this past weekend.

Emily ran an individual race of 3:22 sec and received 2nd place in Hybrid relay. Sean and Emily raced a mixed tandem together, with a Personal Best (PB) of 1:54 sec.

Sean ran an individual race 1:35:23 - PB and 1st place over 40. Sean also received 1st place on hybrid relay and 3rd place in hybrid tandem.
