💥Client Transformation 👏🏼

Exact same body weight, very different physique💪🏼

Hella proud of Logan for his work these past few months, pulling off a decent amount of body fat and then adding a significant amount of muscle mass🎯

We first started off by creating a good baseline with nutrition and training, incorporating no cardio right away just getting an understanding of his body’s needs right out of the gate.

Week after week we elevated his game by stacking education with new habits, cleaned up body composition and primed his body for growth.

We are now in the end of his first real lean bulk phase and this guy has been making some mad progress!!

Excited to see where he’ll be in another 5 months💪🏼

Keeping weights at 90% for good measure but holy f**k I am so grateful to have my body back🙏🏼

Lethal Chest Pump was acquired and we are back on track to finish up the last bit of the push upwards before the start of prep in May🤝

It’s funny, you don’t fully appreciate something like your health until you don’t have it.

Blessed is an understatement to have the ability to eat clean foods and train the way I do🙏🏼

As we embark into the competitive season I am equally as excited for my own prep as I am for my clients🚀

Bodybuilding is not for the weak, it’s an extreme sport that requires a whole damn lot of heart.

Even when the food is low and cardio is high, you still have to push to new limits in the gym. This is where the pack is separated and you see some people start to make things easier while others ask for more.

Finding that grit inside you is a necessary skill.

My number 1 advice is, don’t let your training slip.

If you let your intensity slip and your intention becomes absent, you’ve already lost the battle.

When you realize it’s more about mentally finding out what you’re capable of, nothing can stop you.

Fire is being re engulfed 🔥🔥
