Your first consultation is typically 45 minutes in duration and involves a close look at your medical history, physical activity history, body fat, body measurements and existing fitness level as determined by a number of per-determined fitness tests and questionnaire. I will also take you through a series of questions designed to help me evaluate and deliver a detailed assessment of your nutritional balance and holistic well being. After reviewing your assessment, a client profile will be developed, identifying specific areas for improvement. Following this initial assessment and subsequent feedback session, I can also help you establish sensible and realistic nutrition and wellness goals.
