I am so happy to share that I have officially completed my certification for hot stone therapy!

🌟 Hot stone massage has been practiced for centuries & is used by placing basalt stones on specific points along the body. General Swedish techniques combined with the use of hot stones creates a pressure that is both soothing & relaxing.
