For over 25 years, Jennifer has devoted her life to helping others heal, reconnect, and come home to themselves through massage therapy, aromatherapy, meditation, yoga, and compassionate care. As the owner of Balanced Life Studio in Carbonear, Newfoundland, she has guided countless people with deep wisdom, gentleness, authenticity, and heart. 🌿
With more than 12 years of teaching yoga and leading wellness events, Jennifer creates spaces that feel nurturing, grounding, and profoundly transformational. She meets people exactly where they are — without judgment — and gently helps them reconnect to balance within the body, breath, mind, heart, and soul. ✨

Throughout the weekend, you will explore the Koshas — the five layers or “sheaths” of the self according to yogic philosophy. These layers influence how we experience life physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically, and spiritually.
When these layers become imbalanced, we can feel disconnected, overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or lost. By bringing awareness and nourishment to each kosha, we begin to soften what blocks us from our true nature — peace, intuition, connection, love, and inner freedom. 🌙✨
🌸 THE FIVE KOSHAS 🌸
🌿 Annamaya Kosha — The Physical BodyBalanced through yoga, mindful movement, nourishing food, grounding, and rest. Release tension and reconnect to the wisdom of your body.
🌬️ Pranamaya Kosha — The Energy & Breath BodyBalanced through pranayama (breath practices) to calm the nervous system, restore vitality, and awaken life-force energy.
🕊️ Manomaya Kosha — The Mental & Emotional BodyBalanced through chanting, mantra, mindfulness, and reflection to quiet the mind and create emotional spaciousness and peace.
🔮 Vijnanamaya Kosha — The Wisdom & Intuitive BodyBalanced through meditation and self-inquiry to deepen intuition, clarity, and inner guidance.
💫 Anandamaya Kosha — The Bliss BodyBalanced through stillness, prayer, meditation, surrender, nature, and connection — opening us to the joy and peace already within.
