We’re excited to welcome Jess Chapman, Founder and CEO of Ethree Consulting, to the 2025 NLCSA Health & Safety Conference on November 5 at the Emera Centre in St. John’s, NL.

With international experience across the UK, France, and Canada, Jess has built her career helping organizations strengthen culture, drive performance, and develop effective leaders and teams. Recognized with the 2022 NLOWE Award for business mentoring and host of the Unlocking Your People podcast, she is known for combining creativity, expertise, and a passion for people development into practical solutions for workplaces.
