Yesterday was a beautiful day of Summer Reset Sessions. An Exceptional Day!! 🥰

Each session was unique, yet the theme was the same:

Life being led by fear instead of love.

We’re living in a world where low vibrations are normalized.

This is unfortunate and so often, it’s because of conclusions we made in childhood.

Beliefs formed not from truth, but from wounds.

And those old stories?

They’re still in the body. (old energy that created form)

They take on shape, movement, and identity — until the pattern feels like who we are.

But please trust me it’s not who you are.

✨ You were made in love.

You were created by God.

This world may have tried to shape you otherwise,
but your true self is still there — waiting to be remembered.

Today’s Session Filled My Heart! 💫

My client experienced many Reiki sessions before…
But today, after our guided vacation visualization and throat chakra release, she looked at me and said:

“That was my best session yet.”

I’ve been shifting how I guide my sessions—infusing energy work with deeper emotional presence, visualizations, and intuitive coaching—and to hear those words… was music to my ears.

It’s moments like these that remind me why I do this work. My heart expands with each session.

To hold space.

To help release what no longer serves.

To help others feel safe, seen, and vibrationally free.

Today’s intention: All good vibes. Relaxation. Joyful connection.

Another beautiful Summer Reset Session 💫

Today we went deep into the emotional space where overload, people-pleasing, and carrying others’ pain quietly live.

Together, we released the weight.
The tangled web.
The pressure to hold it all together.

We cleared social clutter.

The kind you don’t see but absolutely feel.
And we came back to calm…
To center…
To what’s true.

✨ You don’t have to carry what isn’t yours.
✨ You’re allowed to create space.
✨ You’re allowed to feel free.

I’m deeply grateful for the brave beautiful woman who showed up fully and bravely in this session. You reminded me again how powerful it is when we come home to ourselves and stand in our Authentic Power.

Starting soon, I’ll focus primarily on virtual sessions, and other ventures which are as powerful and transformative as in-person energy work.
