Angela brings over a decade of experience into this work, and this program is her way of giving back to something that feels like a worldwide need right now: emotional awareness without judgment.

In a group online setting, the first Monday (7 pm AST) of the month for 90 minutes, you have a paid safe workshop to attend each month. This workshop combines mindfulness, Reiki, and mentorship and draws on more than a decade of study, experience, and passion.

As well as a guided meditation and affirmation to help shift stagnant energy that holds you back from stepping into Authentic Power, the power that loves life.

A room filled with love, laughter, meaningful connections, and gentle reminders of truth.

I feel sad to leave this group, but my heart is full of gratitude for being with them last night.

I’ve always believed that the Grinch was just a soul on a heart-healing journey.
If you think about it he seems:

✔️ Overwhelmed?
✔️ Avoiding people?
✔️ Feeling misunderstood?
✔️ Holding emotional armor around the heart?

Yep…
that’s not “grumpy,”
that’s unprocessed emotion.

And the moment his heart softened...
boom
It expanded three sizes.

This is what emotional awareness does.
It opens you.
It restores you.
It reconnects you to the parts of yourself that were closed off for protection.

So if you’re having a Grinch moment this month…
be gentle and wear a reminder, like I am wearing these fun earrings.
Your heart is doing the best it can.

You don’t need to “fix yourself.”
Just soften.
Take a breath.
Let love in.

The heart expands when it feels safe and
not pressured and in an hour we are finishing up our last mentorship workshop for 2025 and this year we learned to let much love in. I have had others already pay it in full and sign up for 2026. Will this be you?

Sometimes the season brings heaviness.
