True Balance Inner Healing

It has been a long time since I have been active on this page! February 2020 was my last post. Mid 2019 my husband deployed, we were a very busy household. When he returned we bought a home and then covid19 became a huge change in this world and more locally there were a few situations that had spiraled us in many ways, that required healing and time. It took me until recent to realize how much I allowed myself to become so distracted and stressed by what I could not control.. even energy workers have to continue their journey of healing as well.. It has been a wild time which I am sure many of you know as we are all somehow impacted by such change since 2020. Recently I have come back into focus, and realized I had been taken away from what meant the world to me. My work. My connections. Healing. Growing. Helping others, bringing guidance. Mostly, Bringing love. Love is so important and its needed now more than before. I hope all of you are doing well!! Much Love and many Blessings to you all!!!

Self care and self love are so important!!!!!! Make sure to take time for yourself weekly.. at least! If you constantly forget to do this and make excuses as to why you cant... it will catch up to you and then you will be forced to take time to get better... I think it's more enjoyable to willfully take the time.. even if its 15 minutes in a day..
