Potato Soup 🥣 for the cold
Added a good portion of Paprika, 🧄 Garlic, 🧅 Onion Celery and 🥕Carrots

Potatoes contain several proteins and vitamins, including vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K, all of which are great for boosting your immune system.

Paprika is unusually highly loaded with vitamin C, an important nutrient for keeping our immune systems strong. It contains 6-9 times as much vitamin C as tomatoes, and it can be an important way to get Vitamin C in your daily diet.

Garlic has been used as an antiseptic, antibacterial, and antifungal agent. It may help the body resist or destroy viruses and other microorganisms.

Onions are high in vitamin C, which may help support immune function, aid in collagen production, and assist in iron absorption. Onions also contain B vitamins, including folate and vitamin B6.

Much Gratitude for the opportunity to share tips and strategies that reduce stress in the workplace with the elements.

We explored everyday ways to ground ourselves, nourish our bodies, improve focus through breathwork, igniting our energy with rays of the Sun. We explored Self Talk and Activating Life Force Energy in our Water and other ways to connect with Earth 🌎 Water 💦 Fire 🔥 Wind💨

We began with a personal inventory of stressors from life experiences and our homes outside of work.
Took a look at how our personal lives can spill over into work and how work can spill over into our homes.
Some benefits of making time for grounding work, breath work, being intentional and present can Create a Recipe for:
Ways to Open Space for Stronger Communication and Workplace Boundaries
Making Space to Respond rather than react
And ultimately Create a more positive day and pleasant work environment.
