It's no secret to my clients that my favourite part to work on is the neck. Personally, I've had a lot of neck issues and the five or less minutes most therapists I'd been to just wasn't what I needed. That's why I pay close attention to the upper shoulder and neck tissues and really feel what is going on.

My Story

I am a graduate of Southern Alberta Institute of Massage, and a member of NHPC in good standing. I am fully registered, direct bill, and can provide receipts to be submitted to insurance.

I am trained in therapeutic, relaxation, and deep tissue massage. I offer cupping to compliment any massage appointment, and I am trained and able to do pregnancy massage, as well as work with children. I am also a certified Herbalist, Aromatherapist and Flower Essence practitioner. Feel free to ask about and explore any of these modalities with me :)
