A sound bath isn’t your typical “bath” — there’s no water involved, just pure vibration and deep relaxation. 🧘‍♀️✨

Here’s what happens during a session:

🔔 1. Get Comfortable
You’ll lie down on a yoga mat or cushioned surface, cozy with blankets or an eye mask.

🎶 2. Immersive Sound Journey Begins
Your practitioner plays crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more — layering healing tones that gently guide you into a meditative state.

💤 3. Drop Into Deep Rest
Most people enter a dream-like, relaxed state. Some fall asleep (and that’s okay!).

🌊 4. Let Go & Receive
Emotions may rise, the mind may quiet, or you may just feel totally at peace — all experiences are welcome.

💫 Afterwards
You’ll feel grounded, recharged, and deeply relaxed — like a massage for your nervous system.
