I attended a 7 days silence insight meditation retreat. Watching the mind, feeling the body, deep listening, presence, and so much gratitude. Be with all the emotions that arise without having to attach a story to them. Just BE with it all. It was not easy. Stillness and mindfulness guided this heart to continue his journey.

WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU THEY LOVE YOU...

"When someone tells you that they love you, do not doubt it. Treasure it, keep it where you put your most precious jewels,
The love that comes through words, whatever it is, is healing. "

I love you means, I accept you, I approve of you, I hug you, I cover you with my wings so that life is a more beautiful place for you.

An I love you, under any circumstance, must mean to you that something beyond forms, beyond words, beyond memories, beyond your story, is a creation in your being. That the most beautiful flowers in this world, in the form of surrender to life, in the form of love for you, begin to grow.

Only if you can feel it.

If you can't feel it this way, an I love you may sound to you like: ...it's the same old story, and I don't think it's real. And to believe or not to believe, is something so yours and so respectable by the universe that it will manifest itself in your world. The universe will show it to you or return it as it is in your mind. With your thoughts, you command.

But the doubts are your voices, not the other person's. And this is not your fault either, or anyone's fault in particular. It is life teaching. The universe does not argue with us, nor with you, nor with me. It only shows us over and over again, what our grandparents, our parents, our ancestors said and that we repeat. It shows us what we have to witness, in order to, on behalf of ourselves and others, let it go, at the perfect moment, in synchronicity for all the worlds.

However, you can always help yourself.

Even if you can't feel that love is everywhere and dancing with you, a good start is to forgive. Forgive. Forgive. Even if you feel like it doesn't work. Even if you don't see results. Even if you are full of expectations. Forgive you. Forgive us for our perceptions. That is the wonderful strength that was given to us to be able to receive what is already ours.

When someone tells you that they love you, you have two options: You take it and grow up, assuming 100% of your memories. Or they deny it and you hurt yourself, blaming. In any case, it is and will always be your choice, your way of healing, loving yourself and learning.
