Art of Birth Doula care page exists to provide women and families with information about Labour support, child bearing education, breasfeeding and community support systems. The key ideals in doula care are the empowerment
of mothers, non-judgmental acceptance of their choices and support for their actions.Art of Borth Doula Care aids mothers and families in achieving or creating an idealized vision of birth, providing constant support during labour with the aid of comfort meassures, rythm and ritual, and aiding the mother and her partner with relaxation through coping aids, energy preservation and allowing the partner to taje a break as the doula will be there constantly. As the founder of Art of Birth Doula Care, I truly believe that educating, supporting and advocating for new mothers and families is a vital ingredient needed for childbearing. My goal for each and every mother under my care is to provide a positive and empowering birth experience that nurtures maternal confidence,to provide birthing education from all scopes of obstetrical practices to support informed choices.
