Thank you so much for coming out and showing up for yourselves!

I think any form of self care in the direction healing our hearts and old wounds is necessary for how we show up in this big life we live, not only for ourselves but for the ones that come behind us!

Whether they’re our children or someone else’s, the cycles we break and the ones that we make for the better in this world is what matters most!

So thank you for coming and letting that healing come to the surface so we can better understand it!

Good morning! I hope the week is finding you well! Halloween is just around the corner and the last leaves on the oak tree outside are beginning to fall! And so comes the time for rest and getting crafty!

I just finished my first creative project, a puzzle given to me by a dear friend! This time of year I really start to get crafty, and the next thing on my list is to start my Water Colour Christmas Cards that I’ll have for sale at the Fundy Shores School Christmas Market, as well as a few other items which will include some Gift Certificates, so if you have a loved one in mind that could use some self care, I can do paper copies or digital copies emailed or texted right to your loved one on Christmas morning!

I am booked up this coming week at My Humble Abode but I do have some availability in Saint John at oh my soul and Journey, these appointment times are for the first week of November, so if they suit you please reach out by text, call or private message to book!!

Well it’s almost Halloween and we live spooky season at Oh My Soul and Journey! If you haven’t been by, please stop in, there is new items in every week, we just got some new wooden signs in, there’s always fun clothing to look at in our thrift store and always lots of events and classes happening to take part in!

Autumn doesn’t rush… I’ve been finding myself moving slower, going inward, being creative, enjoying wholesome comfort food, reading, journaling and weekend movies nights!

I’ve been becoming more present and intentional with how I move into the Ber months! Winter is a perfect time to reset and refresh the goals we have for ourselves, and this is a perfect time to move into preparing for that!

🌺Happy Hippy - a beautiful grounding scent, with earthy, floral and citrus notes! My personal fav!

🌼Girl Power - for girlies and ladies alike, this one helps support hormone balance, keeping a calm during the storm, decreases cramping and a flow that is a bit more gentle, with clary sage, juniper berry and ylang ylang at work here, with lavender, cedarwood and bergamot to bring it all into balance!

❄️Deep Release - this soothing blend is intended for easing arthritis pain and muscle aches, think natures tiger balm! You can thank Camphor, Wintergreen, Peppermint and Eucalyptus for making their way deep into your body with this magic!

🦟Bug Off - this blend is tried, tested and true! Although we aren’t in the buggy season anymore, I can’t leave it out of this post! Citronella, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Geranium and Lavender are keeping those pesky buggers away!

I also have some scents for men, that my Ry loves, he used it as an after shave and a beard oil! I just don’t have proper labels made for them so they didn’t make it into the picture!
