Simply Rooted Wellness Centre offers a variety of services to help individuals shed the busyness and chaos of modern day life and gain introspection and self awareness. Through workshops, yoga classes, Reiki treatments, life coaching, and retreats, Simply Rooted assists individuals in reclaiming their roots and growing from there with compassion. Simply Rooted Wellness Centre believes in the power of community to affect personal transformation and therefore encourages community building in the services offered. Yoga classes are offered at various locations along the eastern shore.
