Time for a Spring update!
🐛Starting May 15th, I will be attending the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada as a full-time student in their Manual Osteopathy Program!

🐛I will be flying to Vancouver once a month for the next 14 months, and I will start incorporating osteo techniques into my practice as I learn them. My availability will remain the same, except for the days that I am away each month.

🐛I've organized a "Personal Practice" yoga hour at The Old Firehall in Nakusp - a yoga teacher is always present for safety, but there is NO instruction! This is intended for those with enough experience to be able to do their own practice. Wednesdays at 6pm.

🐛If you're a beginner yogi who would like to learn how to build your own practice, please let me know! I'm considering building such a workshop, and would love to know if there's demand.

🐛If you are the owner of an AirBnB, cabin, cottage, etc., please let me know! I'd love to place a business card/brochure in your space so your guests may enjoy my services while they are visiting our lovely mountain village.
