As we look back on the past year at Pinnacle Pharmacy, our hearts are full of gratitude. Being part of this community means everything to us. Thank you for trusting us with your health, for stopping by to say hello, for your patience on the busy days, and for the countless small moments of kindness we see in the pharmacy every week. You’re the reason we love what we do.
We also want to recognize our incredible team. From the front counter to the dispensary, from in-home visits to private consults in our medical information room, our staff show up every day with compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to your care. We are so proud of the work they do and the way they care for our patients, families, prescribers, and caregivers.
On a personal note, many of you already know about our daughter Cheyne’s holiday fundraiser. Each year she chooses a local organization to support with the proceeds from her home-baked treats. This year, she has chosen the Nanaimo Child Development Centre. If you’d like to cheer her on, you’re welcome to drop by the store, pick up a treat, and support a great cause at the same time. Your encouragement and generosity mean the world to her.
