Slow down, take a deep breath, notice where you feel in it your body. Taking some moments in the day to listen to what the body has to say can help to maintain regulation by giving the body what it needs. Breathe, movement, connection, water, whole nutritious food, and rest are just some needs the body uses to maintain regulation. Start slow and keep it simple. One step at a time. π±πͺ΄Em πππΌπ
