Join me tonight for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga class from 6:30–7:45 PM.

This gentle, meditative practice invites you to settle into stillness, release tension held deep within the body, and reconnect with your breath.

Perfect for all levels, yin yoga supports the nervous system, increases flexibility, and creates space—physically and energetically—for restoration and renewal.

Soft, hearty, and filled with warm carrot flavor. The walnuts add crunch and richness throughout. A wholesome muffin bar that feels comforting and satisfying.

Ingredients:
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup oat flour
2 eggs
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder

Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Chop walnuts roughly.
3. Whisk eggs, milk, and honey together.
4. Stir in oat flour and baking powder.
5. Fold in carrots and walnuts gently.
6. Pour batter into square baking pan.
7. Bake 25–30 minutes.
8. Cool before slicing into bars.

There comes a moment when your body quietly asks you to slow down…

On May 23 Gordana & I are holding a full day dedicated to exactly that.

This isn’t just a wellness day…it’s a space where you get to step out of the noise, and gently return to your body.

Throughout the day, we’ll move through:

💫Understanding your nervous system
💫Breathwork and gentle practices to support regulation
💫Movement, connection, and time in nature
💫Real tools you can take into your everyday life
💫 Nutritious lunch

And I’ll be closing the day with a deeply restorative sound bath…
allowing everything to integrate and soften even further.

Just whipped up a bowl of body butter! It looks like a yummy frosting 😃.

All natural and good for you.
Here is the recipe:

Melt (double boiling method)
1/2 cup shea butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao butter

Once melted and cooled a bit, add 1/2 cup carrier oil such as jojoba or almond, and about 20 drops of essential oil of your choice.

Put it in the fridge to cool off for 1 hour. It should be still slightly soft in the middle.
Whip it up and add a couple of table spoons of tapioca or any starch (optional, to reduce greese).
Add it slowly while whipping.
When you're happy with the consistency, transfer into containers...

Creamy, rich, and deeply chocolatey with bright raspberry flavor. The avocado creates a silky smooth texture throughout. A refreshing mousse that feels indulgent yet balanced.

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup raspberries
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup milk

Procedure:
1. Blend avocado until smooth.
2. Add raspberries, cocoa powder, honey, and milk.
3. Blend until creamy and fluffy.
4. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
