For better results, apply your headache balm here:
✔ Temples
✔ Back of the neck (where skull meets spine)
✔ The pressure point between thumb + index finger

✨ Bonus upgrades:
• Sinus headache? Add 3 drops Rosemary oil.
• Stress headache? Add 3 drops Roman Chamomile.
• Balm too hard? Melt again + add 1 tsp carrier oil.
• Too soft? Add a pinch of beeswax.

And please patch test first especially with peppermint.
