I'm so excited to share this video of the Progressive Muscle Relaxation with you!

A version of this meditation was the very first meditation that I ever learned, when I was about 10 or 11, in Girl Guides! :)

If you or anyone you know has trouble relaxing, please enjoy this meditation and learn the joys of relaxing your body as well as your mind!

Welcome to Spirited Life...

How is your Spiritual Life going?

I'm Rev Anne Appleton. I'm a Minister of Metaphysics with an organization that believes, as I do, in encouraging people to seek, and embody as much as possible, the divinity within themselves, and within each of us. It's the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry.

I perform legal wedding ceremonies throughout BC. So much fun, and it's a huge honour to be part of such important occasions in people's lives.

I offer one on one counseling and coaching, from a spiritual perspective. If you have an issue you are afraid to tackle, maybe we can tackle it together! Couples welcome also.

I have online classes in meditation, through Zoom, and various other metaphysical subjects. I'll keep you posted on upcoming classes here, in Spirited Life.
