"It started with a stomachache. Then tears. Then silence.

The night before school, his mom said, “You’re just nervous.”
But he wasn’t “just” anything.

He was overwhelmed. He didn’t know how to explain the tightness in his chest, or the racing thoughts that wouldn’t stop. He just knew that school felt too big.

Anxiety in kids rarely looks like worry.
It looks like tummy aches. Tantrums. Sudden clinginess. Avoiding homework. Refusing to get dressed.

At Allius, we help kids put words to what their bodies are trying to say.
