Hi Everyone,

David very much enjoyed his 8 night stay at Ann's Garden Oasis, assisted by Hummingbird Respite Care Services Staff, Ann and Russ. He and his lovely wife gave me permission to post the photo's, he was very willing to pose for. Gus enjoyed posing too! We had a great week together!

Did you know that "White Lilies" often symbolize a rejuvenation of the soul and can also represent purity, commitment and rebirth? After posting the photo of the White Lilies that I planted directly in front of the Hummingbird Studio Suite, I thought, "I better look up the meaning of white lilies," and that is what I found. Wow!

How fitting that this place that has always stood out to me as a place to rest, heal and restore, has these beautiful lilies growing right here in front of the newly renovated suite. The plant was a gift, that I later planted in the cedar planter boxes my son Josiah built for me. It grew to be almost 6 feet tall in 2025! I was so amazed, I posted a video on my page below! Check it out and be amazed with me.
