Reflections on beginnings and endings. 🌹🥀

This day marks my 44 th beginning of another trip around the sun. ☀️ Otherwise known as my birthday :) 🎉

So many beginnings and endings have occurred over and over in circular motion through this meandering path I do walk. I have skipped, run, stretched, sauntered, danced, stumbled, fallen, been tripped and flung off my feet.

I have deeply loved, and had deep encompassing losses. ❤️❤️‍🩹💔 and I continue to deeply love.

I continue to choose the path away from misery, and toward aliveness. It is often the brambly unknown one, that path. The one that requires self love and trust. I continue to do the hard work to grow with grace, to hold strength and softness, to feel and express the deep and true feelings.

Creativity has and continues to be my lifeline, my mirror, my expression, my companion, my teacher, my witness and my love. I feel grateful and honoured to bring creativity and help people to unfold their process and connection to self, community, intuition, intention, curiousity and healing through art therapy.

What a gift this life is. What a gift this work is.

I feel loved and celebrated today. Grateful beyond measure for my children, my family, my dear friends. Think 44 has got some magic to it. ✨🎨🌷🫶💜🥳
