✨Goal Setting is Iconic✨

Goal setting, what ever that looks like for you, will allow you to grow, inspire, and most importantly gain confidence. You are so much more likely to be successful at your task if you make it a goal. When I am goal setting and achieving my goals is a big boost of positivity for me, reassurance and confidence.

In my life coaching practice, this is often the roots of what we do, we establish some goals for time we'll be working together so that we can access not only how you set goals but then be able to measure them and check back in on them!

I had this reflection the other day! What if we chose to heal as oppose to fix. Heal our anxieties and traumas as opposed to seeing ourselves as broken and needing fixing.

People are not broken, they don’t need fixing, they need healing🤍❤️🤍

Maybe coaching is how you can find yours. Even though I do not substitute for therapy, clients have told me that it feels like therapy but therapy that allows them to focus on the good and their wellness as whole. Learning that all the dimensions of wellness are intertwined it is essential to touch on all of them with a life coach✨

An opportunity to focus on yourself while building meaningful connections with others🤍

I am very excited about my newest endeavour to run a group coaching program.

Every week I have journalling, self-reflection and resources to serve you as an individual dedicated to their growth and wellness🤍

Group coaching is an opportunity to work with a coach at a more affordable cost.
We start April 17th, every Monday evening for 6 weeks, as a group we’ll be dedicated to self development and self improvement.

PRODUCTIVITY DOES NOT DEFINE YOUR WORTH!!!

1. You need to set big goals- is absolutely false!!! Big goals require a lot of action, that isn’t always reasonable all the time!!! When we don’t do the action require all the time it will give us a sense of defeat, so do not attach yourself to achieving that big of a goal as being productive. Small steps are literally the foundation.

2. You do not need to always be doing something to be an essential human!!!!! Rest is important, rest is essential, rest is PRODUCTIVE. You know why? Because you come back stronger after you honour yourself when you are tired and drained mentally and/or physically.

3. The longer the time you spend on something does not always mean you are more productive. I don’t know about you but 40 hour work weeks are not my jam. If I condense my time, I usually work harder to make sure I get what I need to done in my time frame. I am more productive because I know I have more time off to rest, reset and have fun!!!
