Patricia,(MA, RCC) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who offers compassionate child and youth counselling by supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through emotional challenges, life transitions and everyday life stressors.

Patricia is passionate about using a gentle, culturally responsive approach, while also creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where individuals are able to feel safe, heard and supported as they grow. I aim to bring kōkua into my practice—kōkua is the Hawaiian word for helping and kindness without expectation, which inspires my approach to therapy. Though I live in the Pacific Northwest, its spirit guides me. Life transitions and stress can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. Online Group for Autistic Adults!

Do you want to connect with others on the autism journey? Join our virtual support group for autistic adults to connect with others and feel included and accepted (no diagnosis required). This group is a safe space to share your experiences and find new strategies. Brittany, a registered clinical counsellor, will lead the group and provide helpful insights about the autistic brain functions and behaviors to support everyone in achieving positive outcomes. Monthly, Wednesdays at 7pm.
