The Right Tool for Stress: Why One Fix Doesn’t Work for Every State

Ever try to use a hammer to screw in a screw? Or a screwdriver to hammer a nail? Doesn’t work too well, right? The same goes for stress.

We all experience different stress responses, sometimes we’re in fight-or-flight mode (amped up, anxious, restless), and other times we’re in shutdown mode (low energy, unmotivated, withdrawn). The key is that each state requires a different tool to bring us back to balance.

In this video, I’ll share the importance of using the right strategy for your state of stress and I’d love to hear what tools work best for YOU.

The Power of Starting Again: Why a Beginner Mindset Changes Everything

Ever feel like your life or business just isn’t where you hoped it would be, even if things aren’t “bad”? I was in that space recently, reflecting on my goals from last year and feeling a little stuck.

Then a client reminded me of something powerful: it’s okay to start again. That simple mindset shift, embracing progress, giving myself credit, and allowing a fresh start, completely reframed how I saw my growth.
