🌿 What is Shinrin-Yoku?
Shinrin-Yoku, or Forest Bathing, is a Japanese practice of immersing oneself in nature to promote physical and mental well-being. It involves slow, mindful walks in the forest, allowing you to connect deeply with the natural world and absorb its calming, rejuvenating effects. Studies have shown that Shinrin-Yoku can reduce stress, improve mood, boost the immune system, and enhance overall health.
