Headline: Reclaim Your Presence.

We spend most of our lives in the "mental gap" somewhere between what we just finished and what’s next on the list.
This April at Return to Form, our Wednesday night sessions are about closing that gap and returning to the moment.
We’ll be using Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) to manually "reset" the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and align the heart and mind.

I love teaching at

This was from our sold-out Breath & Sound Bath class. It was such a beautiful experience guiding everyone through a breath practice to calm the nervous system and soften the body before settling into the sound bath.

There’s something so powerful about a room full of people breathing together and allowing themselves to slow down.

After our breath practice, Tamara from led the most soothing sound bath, giving everyone space to fully relax and integrate the calm we created together.
I'm grateful to hold space for these moments of connection, breath, and deep rest.

Your breath is the bridge.
Between your mind and your body.
Between you and your heart.

When we slow the breath, we soften the nervous system.
When the nervous system softens, the heart opens.
And from that place, we listen better, respond rather than react, lead with compassion, and connect more deeply with ourselves, and with those around us.
