I love teaching at
This was from our sold-out Breath & Sound Bath class. It was such a beautiful experience guiding everyone through a breath practice to calm the nervous system and soften the body before settling into the sound bath.
There’s something so powerful about a room full of people breathing together and allowing themselves to slow down.
After our breath practice, Tamara from led the most soothing sound bath, giving everyone space to fully relax and integrate the calm we created together.
I'm grateful to hold space for these moments of connection, breath, and deep rest.
