In my Heart + Breath Class, we slow everything down and return to what the heart loves most: steady breath, presence, and ease.

Your breath is the bridge.
Between your mind and your body.
Between you and your heart.
Between you and the people you love.

When we slow the breath, we soften the nervous system.
When the nervous system softens, the heart opens.
And from that place, we listen better, respond rather than react, lead with compassion, and connect more deeply with ourselves, and with those around us.

Before a hard conversation.
During a tough work day.

During a stressful moment.
Before reacting.

If we connect to our breath, we can regulate our heart rate and restore the connection to our body.
So many of us are living in our heads and outside of our bodies. The breath is the way back.

To celebrate Heart Health Month in February.

Special "Connect to Heart" breathwork classes in February. This 45-minute session will guide participants in connecting their breath with their heart rate, nervous system and bodies. Helping to improve circulation, reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep, and find more balance overall.

▪️Date: Weds February 11th, 18th at 6:45 PM
▪️ Location: Return to Form Kinesiology
▪️Cost: $40 per person
▪️Donation: 50% of proceeds will be donated to Canada Heart and Stroke Foundation.

A balancing breath practice for the whole nervous system to regulate.
Breathing gently through one nostril at a time supports balance in the body, between stress and rest, focus and calm, thinking and feeling. This practice helps steady the nervous system and create a sense of internal safety and clarity.
