I’m Rachel, I’m a General Counselling Therapist with a private general counselling practice focusing on trauma-informed person-centered therapy. I’ve been involved in the field of educating people about how their bodies work on an energetic and emotional level for 16 years having studied and obtained my Biofeedback Therapist certification in 2006 and will be completing my counselling therapist diploma by April 2023. Providing counselling to those seeking it is a task I am willing to take on by using the training skills and experience I have acquired. I welcome every client with acceptance and empathy to impact their lives moving forward.

Everyone struggles at some point in their lives. I want those who are to know there is someone out there willing to talk to them and help to formulate a plan that will bring them peace and growth. I can book you or anyone you may know to get that started.
