Facial Harmonization ™️
-ASSESS: true fact: this patient came to me as a referral from a friend that had originally came to me to get her lips filled ONLY. This friend’s anatomy could not hold enhanced lips without lip framing prior (I will make a post of this in due time). Her friend and I ended up lip framing prior to filling her lips which lead to a beautiful, natural, polished result. Due to this education, THIS patient came to me for harmonization. Injectors, every good deed, every education point you do- rest assured it’s being given to 2-5+ people without your knowledge (their friends, their friends family, etc). HOWEVER, the same goes for the contrary: everytime you say “yes” when it should be a “yes, but first” this also gets shared. Let’s educate, it’s what we would want if we were in the chair.
-PLAN: you will never get your optimal result in one sitting. It’s that plain and simple. Why? Because injectable needs not only range in need but are merely a “stoke in your wheelhouse” If your injectable needs are low, fantastic! However, the canvas is the work horse. I can only paint to my optimal, best ability. If I am given skin that has severe sun damage, decreased collagen and elastin and neglect, it’s the equivalent of painting with broken brushes. In my opinion skin health is #1, then I come in. Our plan for this beautiful patient was 2 sessions of tailored injectables with a modified, simplistic + impactful skin care regime to support both our long and short term goals-Laser in fall.
