It is not always successful, in fact the chances of CPR alone saving someone are so low that it would be discouraging to some, but it gives your patient a chance until the AED arrives and in urban environments, AED's are all over. So learn CPR and how to use an AED. YOU could help someone make it to the next level of care and go home to their family ❤️

We had an amazing time at Ladysmith Days this weekend! It was a busy one — Tom was in action non-stop!!

We also brought our O2 Bar set up, and with all the wildfire smoke in the air, it was a much-needed boost for a lot of folks. 💨

Huge thanks to the organizers and the community for having us. We’re always proud to support local events and help keep everyone safe. 🙌

500 metre races today at the inaugural Westwood Lake Dragon Boat Regatta.

Westwood is an incredibly beautiful venue for this powerful event.

Great first day for the inaugural Westwood Lake Dragon Boat Regatta. The sun was on our side, it stayed cool for the amazing racers, it was mostly bandaid calls foe blisters, those are the best days, we are ready for trouble but wishing for safety and fun for participants. Best call of the day was when I was asked if we could mend a broken heart. I got a big hugs from that paddler. ❤️
