We get it: this whole having a baby thing is pretty overwhelming. It’s likely one of the biggest changes of your life, and we know that comes with a ton of uncertainty, vulnerability, and a few (okay, probably a ton!) of questions or anxieties. Our goal is to help you meet your birth and parenting goals- whatever they may be. We know that you’re the expert in you, and your baby, and we’re here to help you discover your own unique pathway through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. The pelvis opens best when in motion.

Nature has perfectly provided all of the pieces and systems that are necessary for a baby to be born.

This includes the sensations that are experienced in the body during labor, which helps one to know when it is time to change positions and move in such a way to get your baby out of the womb.

Though this picture shows a laboring person using a wide range of motion, movement during labor does not have to be extreme. It can just be walking or moving from side to side.
